Cancelling

Cancel Pro anytime from your account page. You keep Pro until the end of the paid period, then your keys continue on the free plan.

Refunds

Ask within 14 days of your first charge for a full refund: email support@sorakiton.com from your account address. Refunds go through Polar, our merchant of record, to your original payment method.

Renewals and charges older than 14 days are not normally refunded. If something went wrong, write to us.
